Astro question

Hey i just got my astros and as i was trying them out yesterday on my 360 playin MW2 i was tryin to see if i could hear people with dead silence and i couldn't no matter how loud i turned them up i was wondering if this is the same for everyone else? or did i just waste $300 cause that was the reason i bought them for and I've read like 30 reviews on astro a40 saying you could hear dead silience?:confused:

You have to train your ears for that man its not something that just comes out right off the bat...you have to listen for small taps and stuff kinda how to explain it. I just do it...

Just keep playing! You'll notice yourself hearing footsteps and reloads while knowing exactly where they all come from. Definitely an advantage that most of your opponents won't even remotely have. :)

you shouldve done ur research ninja pro IS 100% COMpletely SILENT IN MW2 YOU CAN ONLY HEAR DEAD SILENCE IN COD4 IN MW2 YOU CAN STILL HEAR PEOPLE JUMP RELOAD AND SWITCH WEAPONS ALSO IT TAKES TIME WHEN I HAD TRITTONS TOOK A MONTH TO NOTICE STUFF ASTROS FTW

It takes a while for you to train yourself to hear your enemy's footsteps, but just keep practicing and you'll get it.

Apparently, Sitrep Pro allows you to hear enemies louder, which I think works against Ninja Pro, but it's really hard to get. I believe you have to destroy a LOT of enemies explosives (claymores, C4, etc.). :) Hope this helps a little bit.
