Bought Astro A40's about a month ago the speakers starting popping on me like were blew and were i sent it in they replaced them and sent them back ive had the headset a week and their blown again....really im getting this out of a 200$ headset?? GD it

you can ask for a refund, or send them back and get a repair, its your choice

No i can hear im not even turning the master all the way up either..i mean are the speakers in this headset this cheap. (Btw you can crank the trittons and not worry about the speakers)

generally it's not good to turn the volume on your mixamp up all the way... it's just not necessary..
