its really annoying and high itch, idk how to fix it, but its hurting my ears, even if i have volume all the way down, or mute it still makes this noise, if i hit the tv it goes away, but then it will come back 5 mins later, if someone could give me a hand that would be great, its a older style tube tv 19 inch symphonic. I really cant afford a new tv right now or else i would just get rid of it, thank you for your time

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?CatId=3648&name=19-Inch-LCD-TV& look through all of thease bud. just make sure to get one thats 5ms response time or less. 5ms is ok... but 2ms is ideal
