you never have asked! haha i wear them mostly at night to dim down the bright lights, and thats when i do most of my long sessions so my eyes still feel great after wearing them.

I'm going to use these for work, and get the new crystaline ones for gaming. Not sure how you play wearing these as the yellow tint kinda messes up the visuals of the game...

It takes a little while to get accustomed to them. After that you see through the amber tinting. I don't even notice it anymore.

it makes the whites not so bright which reduces eye strain

SOCKS - I know the science behind them, but I just find it weird playing in them...thats why I will purchase a second pair for gaming, the new crystaline lenses have no tint...but those damn things are not available yet :-(

from my understanding is that the crystaline lens is the same except its clear, so you don't have the tint...

Meh insurance, us Brits are blessed with the NHS. But in cases like this it is a downside. I doubt I can even blag them off my work as i'm a inspector in aerospace and spend alot of time in front of a PC. They only offer them annoyingly ugly safety glasses.

reduces eye strain while staring at a computer screen or tv for long periods of time. when playing video games you blink less, which drys out your eyes, which makes them feel irritated and red and not so great. thease reduce that significantly.
