Hello,

I just purchased the Astro a30's and have had them for 2 days now.. I have tried them on several different genres of music and every style is so bass heavy and distorted, they sound horrible. I have tried them on my 360, my iPhone, my Macbook Pro, and my Dell. I have even tried using the Logic Pro App and they still sound like distorted rubbish. I'm sorry I have never been this harsh on anything before but paying this much for headphones, You would think they would have the higher end quality like Klipsh or Sony or Bose. I have the a40's and they sound good just for my 360.. for the future I will prolly find somewhere else to purchase headphones. Sorry to be so rough and harsh but, this may help in the future

Everybody hears things differently, but I would imagine that if the bass is that distorted for you, something is probably wrong with them.

The issue is that I have tested these on most genres of music and that these headphones are pushing way to much mids and lil to much lows . there is enough highs and just enough lows but the mids are drowning everything together to make it sound muddy.

I would still contact support about this, I know the A30 have high bass, but it shouldn't be overpowering.
Are you past your return date or are you keeping them?

Socks is right. If you are totally unhappy with them and you are not that far over the 15 day mark they'll probably will allow it. No guarantees but yeah, they probably will. But you better hurry.

Cheers...
