yea, no b/s in my case, troubleshooting didnt work and got the ups shipping label right away

they were a little slow but helpful. just dropped it off at ups today, so once i get it back i will return to the ring! thanks for bumping up my cas id!

its old, a little too much disconnecting and reconnecting from the qd without pulling from the plastic part and pulling from the cables themselves :(

Well, I only got one email from Chris Tye. Maybe I'll get the next one tomorrow for my repair. Fingers X.

...And what ya know... Viola! Got my UPS return label in the email today. I'll slip it to UPS tomorrow morning. YEAHHHHH! Three days here too Socks. WOW! Chris Tye is the man. He don't mess around...:D

All I ever got was 2 emails. The first was to troubleshoot and the second was the return label.:)
