I know that I probably speak for 90% of the people on these forums but I was curious how many people work for the support at Astro? It seems like it takes forever to get a reply back. I had a problem with my cat chewing on my 2.5 MM Cable that goes to my Controller and he said on Nov 3rd that he was ordering the order for shipping. Yesterday I still did not get it. Also, I am very frustrated with my Mixamp. Its now powering out and I cant do anything about it, I'm stuck in between living situations and I don't know. Just very frustrated.

We apologize if you're frustrated and feel that we're not responding quicky enough. We definitely want to get everything working for you as soon as possible. After checking out your previous cases, we always responded to each email within 24 hours. Our support system also shows that we've sent you the cable last week and if it doesn't arrive shortly, then let us know and we'll send you another one.
