No phone tech support

These cans go for 249+ and they don't have a tech phone line? Sounds whack to me. I'm considering buying them, but that kinda puts me off :confused:

Hi gunslinger,

We have 5 full-time highly responsive customer service staff working Monday through Sunday. All our cases get a response within 24 hours and we will take care of an ASTRO customer every step of the way. We do have a phone number where we can be reached during regular offices hours but we are much more effective when customers file a support question on our support page.
