How can I take a pic using my icam?

I have a powebook and icamera so I can do video chats over im, but how do I just take a normal pic using my icam, is that possible?

Are you talking about your iSight on your Powerbook? What version of OS X are you running? Anything with 10.3 (Jaguar) and higher should have a program called "Photobooth". Go ahead, load that up, press the camera button, and it'll count down from 3-2-1 and snap the photo with your iSight.
