Hello I must preface this with I only own the mixamp but
WHY NO MUTE?

Don't give me the shut the power off option either that is neither convenient nor practical.

I suggest you make a simple inline mute function from the controller to the mix amp. Turtle beach makes a talk back cable that would work for 5 bucks.

Also the cord that connects to the controller is held in very loosely, I am almost afraid to move it much. Making a puck that attaches to the snugly to the controller and putting mute button on it would be great.

It did not say it did not work. I was suggesting an improvement. That connection is not very good or at all tight for anyone.
