Once the boxes are out of the office and delivered to UPS, then the tracking numbers are attached to each order. Typically the emails are sent out around 6pm-8pm Pacific time.

It most likely will be shipping today. On the same day that it ships, you should receive a shipping notification email, usually around 6pm-8pm Pacific (California) time. So in about 2 hours, those emails should begin going out. Hope that helps.

k i was just wondering cuz when I first set my order it said place it by the 9th and i placed it the night before but it must have not mattered cuz it still shipped today (i'm assuming) anyways. Its ok though. No worries

LOL. I get response deliveries to my email box, so if I see it pop up with some really important question (like these, where many of you are waiting on the shipping notice of your new ASTRO systems), I make it a priority to respond to let ya guys know. =)

@Death Proof: The MixAmps have been out of stock for about 2 weeks now, so even if the order was placed on the 9th, it would only ship out once they were available again. It probably said that we were expecting them to be back in stock on the 9th, but that got pushed out to the week of the 12th (and they came in yesterday at the end of the day it sounds like). All orders with MixAmps that were on hold should be shipping out today.

Typically any order placed on the weekend (or after Friday at 1pm, the cut off mark for order to ship that same day) would ship out the following Monday, but because the MixAmps weren't in yet, they weren't able to be sent out. Now that they have come in, we can get them out to everyone who ordered them.

LOL, that you have. I'll have to double check in the morning, but it may be that the older orders went out first, and the packaging people over at the ASTRO office had too many orders to fulfill and couldn't get to all of them before UPS closed.

I would also double check your spam folders/filters just in case though. =)

I had waited and waited and still nothing. Then I decided to make sure my Thunderbird email software was working correctly, so I decided to log into the mail server directly via the Internet. Low and behold, there it was. In the end it wasn't Thunderbird at all that was the issue. My email provider had changed from an imap server to a pop server and didn't bother to inform me. Needless to say, I adjusted my account settings. You people that haven't received your shipping info yet that check your email via Outlook or Thunderbird or whatever, may want to log into your service provider's email server directly via the Internet and check that way.

No way can I see that my A30's are checked in at the local hub and wait for them to get to my house while I'm at work all day. No sir, not gonna happen. I'm going to the hub first thing the morning after the tracking shows they arrived there. I'll be at that will call window as soon as they open the next morning. :D

You may want to check with UPS, but in the past I know this has not been possible. You used to only be able to pick it up at the UPS hub once the first delivery attempt had gone through, and sometimes you even need to sign off on their form for them to leave the package at the UPS hub. Sadness. =(

I'll give them a call tomorrow to find out. I thought I had called and got it to ship directly to the hub so that I could pick it up, but now that you say that, it may have been only after they left the first delivery notice.
