I have turtle beaches now but my friends say that astros r great 4 halo but r they great 4 cod. Also i looked at the pics and didnt see a mic part like the thing u talk into is there one? ; )

there is a mic and they are great for cod4 or which ever you have. They even let you hear dead slience.

Yea you can hear dead silence BUT you have to know what your looking for and train your ear for that!

they work better for cod4 than halo 3 in terms of sound quality and directional audio.

These headphones are great for COD. That's pretty much all I use them for. It'll definitely give you an edge against people who do not have these.

I've actually hidden behind a corner because I heard someone coming from behind me and stabbed him when he passed me. This actually happens frequently.

ASTRO A40s work great for CoD 4. You just need to train yourself to listen to your enemies footsteps.
