How about if you edit it a little bit... maybe chage the Font or something... would that still be copyright?

sadly yes it would still be copyright. for example.... you cant really take the red coca cola logo and make it green and then think no one will notice that its still coca cola :) but i see what your trying to do there

oh wow I saw the title of the thread and was like "oh man i totally need help with some custom tags - a lucky day!" Since Photoshop CS4 is still pretty foreign to me and there are just sooo many tools to play with and understand.

It would be nice if you can lend me a hand by designing some speaker tags like the ones u had in the first post. Not the samurai ones but the gun pattern ones. Those are sick!!! I have a picture of a sniper that i'd like as my tags. But i am also debating whether or not I would be able to use the monster logo. If i could get permission from monster to use their logo ( which could be literally impossible ) could i use it? If not i just need to find something cool as my background. Help me out here bro.
