THERES ONLY 1 GAME THAT SUPPORTS 7.1 On XBOX 360 that games prototype i dont no any1 that plays that game competitively

also its not even noticeable 5.1 to 7.1 is very minimal
so, yea if ur gonna fall for that go buy it just thought id give you a heads up

7.1 surround is not necessary in my opinion. I don't see many competitive games supporting that format anyway.

Razer Megaladon Headphones have 7.1... I have tested these headphones, being a Razer Fan Boy Myself, i couldn't resist. My astros are 10x better, sound better, more comfortable, and damn right more versatile (xbox, pc, and ps3)

Bigger doesn't alway mean better. :)

Like PReFlect said and I've said before, the Xbox 360 doesn't have 7.1 output and the PS3 can only do 7.1 over HDMI. Stick with the gear that provides the best quality and isn't simply marketing fluff.
