Help set up my Astro's!?

I've been using for my Astro's for quiet a while and im am trying to get the best sound out of them. My set up is with the optical cable. I was just wondering how it sounds better. with the dolby on or off? (How would you know if it is on) and do i need to change the set-up on my Xbox 360? Any advice would be wonderful.

The optical cable will deliver 5.1 sound via Dolby Digital (though you have to have this set in your Xbox 360's Audio Settings). I prefer having the Dolby ON, as that button is what provides the Dolby Headphone processing. You can tell if it's on if the button is lit in red. When it's not lit, then the MixAmp is sending out a regular stereo signal, which some people prefer, but I think I can tell direction better with it on.

Thanks for the assistance, but one last question... I don't know if u or anyone who see this has a 360, but whats the difference between the audio set-up with Digital Stereo, Dolby Digital 5.1, and Dolby Digital w/ WMA Pro. what would be best recommend to have on?
