Just to let you know, I'm using Energiser Ultra AAA batteries and I'm getting through 2 batteries every 8-10 hours of use... fail. :D

Must have a bad set, I have the X41's and I used the default batteries and Rite-Aid bateries both of which lasting me 16+ hrs, odd to hear only 10hrs

i had`em and me too had a performance and a click noise that was really annoying

the click noise is interferance lol and also you must have some bad batteries. Im running rechargeables and Im getting around 15 out of them. Even at that 8-10 hours should be fine if you have rechargeables. Get two sets like me play with one while the other is charging. When yours are dead switch them.
