Maps/Classes - MW2

So you big time players out there, do you guys have different classes set up for different maps, or do you just switch up a current class based on the map (during intermission)...I'm curious to see what people use according to the situation...(NO, not that retarded Situation, an actual situation)...

I tend to have a certain set of classes that I switch between. It's not really map related, more mood. Except Wasteland is ALMOST always sniping. lol

G18: Akimbo, FMJ

Maps dont really matter to much when i play lol, tell me what map and ill think of somethin super duper special for you

Usually the only setups that change for me is sniping. If it's more of an outdoors map with lots of room, I'll use the standard sniping scope. If it's more of an indoors map with shorter distances (say like Terminal or Karachi), I'll use the ACOG scope.

Yeah.. on bigger maps i have a sniping class.. but for every other map its the same thing..

Primary..Either a Tar.. Acr.. or Scar with a silencer.. or a bling FAMAS with silencer and red dot
Secondary is usually a shotgun or stinger
Equip.. Claymores.. or Frag/Semtex
Stun Grenades

1st perk.. Scavenger.. Bling.. or Sleight of Hand
2nd perk.. Cold-Blooded and that never changes
3rd perk.. Ninja and that never changes

Never really got into using SMGs or LMGs but if i had to pick it'd probably be a silenced P90 or silenced Mini Uzi.. and then for RPG its probably gonna have to be the AUG or the RPD.. with either a silencer.. FMJ.. or extended mags

I do very well on all maps with these semi-Noob Classes...:

Ninja (for Hardcore swap stopping power pro for Cold blooded pro)
Silenced ACR + iron sight
Silenced TMP + iron sight
2x Stun
1x Claymore
Scavenger Pro
Stopping Power Pro
Ninja Pro

Loud and Proud
Scar + reddot/holograhpic sight
Spas + grip
2x Stun
1x Claymore
Scavenger Pro (got to have this, scar has small clip)
Stopping Power Pro
Ninja Pro

Guns 4 Show, Knives 4 a Pro
Silenced MP5K
44. Magnum + Tactical Knife
2x Stun
1x Throwing Knife
Marathon Pro
Lightweight Pro
Ninja Pro (if u struggle with getting close knife kills or a bit laggy, go for Commando Pro)

Using these classes I have....:
KDR 2.43 without boosting
Had over 30+ Nukes without boosting
I have played for approx. 6 days in total since release

Give akimbo magnums a try, and alternate the triggers fast, don't pull both at the same time.

thanks for the info...I SUCK BIG TIME with the sniper rifles, don't even bother with them...lol....

right now, I'm using 2 main classes one is the SCAR-H with a silencer and iron sight and the ACR with the red dot...my aim has improved a lot since getting the FPS freaks, and I'm now in double digit kills everytime I play...which is saying a lot, seeing I couldn't buy a kill before...lol...seriously, I tried...people were asking for too much..lol
