PS3 - Wireless Keypad

Does anyone own one of these, are they worth getting?? It's getting really annoying trying to send out messages to my friends while im in the lobby and i was looking into this (does it only fit the standard Sony controllers or other custom ones too?)

I have only tried it on the standard Sony Playstation 3 controllers. They are worth it, plus you can press a button so the keys act as a touchpad mouse. Pretty neat.

I never use mine......but it does work.
