Pretend you're gamestop, and offer people 50 cents for their games.

If you want them new, check deal sites like slickdeals.net or fatwallet.com. If you're wanting used games, do some daily searches on craigslist.

Well for buying and sellling games I use glyde.com. its a great way to get some older games on the cheap and newer ones are still cheaper than gamestop and your actually paying the seller a decent price for their games. Ie Batman arkham asylum is anywhere between $29-$34. Gamestop used is $49, they buy it from average joe for $20. Glyde pays the seller between $25-$30 and evil corperation gets none. Shipping can be a pain tho if you buy lots of items because there is no combined shipping.

I've been a member of the cheapassgamer.com forums for years. That's all you need ;)

It's not a place to buy video games, but to trade your old used game (that you'll never play anymore) for other old used games (that you've never got to play): www.goozex.com
I use it CONSTANTLY. I made a 2010 year resolution not to buy any games THIS year, b/c I'm still trying to catch up on all the old games from last year! For example, I missed out on Borderlands b/c MW2 came out. So I traded my L4D2 copy via Goozex for Borderlands. And now that I'm done with Borderlands, I traded it away for DragonAge. Once DragonAge is done I'll probably pursue AvP or Mass Effect 2. See how awesome this process is as opposed to buying old games?
The only thing you pay for is shipping fees for YOUR old games (not when you receive games) and $1 to receive a game. It's a sweet gig. It's legit too b/c these guys are venture funded by a prestigious Venture Capital firm that I know of (I'm a marketing guy in the professional services world and I monitor these guys constantly).
But yah, goozex FTW! And no, I don't work for these guys. Although they COULD use me as I don't find their marketing communications that effective. lol
To be fair, there is one major disadvantage to trading vs. buying: if you want the game SOON, buy it. Waiting for the availability of a hot (highly demanded) used game can take months!
And once it's available, the sender may not send it promptly - this usually takes an average of three days for them to ship it out... and then the U.S. mail service needs to process.. so overall, it would take at least a week to receive you desired available game.
