A nerd or looser for spending 300 bucks on gaming headfones...after i told my friends i had ordered them they were like damn man thats unnessary why not just get beaches or something. I may be called a nerd but i have a good job and not alot of bills so who ****ing cares if i spend that much money on that ****.
Sorry just had to get that out.

People have called me stupid for buying my ASTRO A40s, but they don't share my love for gaming. I just don't listen to what they have to say anymore.

al my freinds think that im a spoiled for having them even though all my money is self made and isnt through parents grand parens etc.

The mixamp alone is a great investment for gaming, let alone overall entertainment.

I primarily use the mixamp for music(without dolby of course), and 5.1 gaming. Connected to my heaphones(I don't own the astro headset). Dolby headphone really works wonders in games in comparison to low grade or non existant 5.1 speakers. In all honesty I prefer them to speakers since it isolates me from the outside world while gaming.

(I just signed up for the forums now but owned the mixamp for a while)
Your friends call you a looser because they suffer jealousy, bet they wouldn't say anything otherwise if they owned a pair as well.

yea when i ordered my astros my friends are like your spoiled and whats the point of getting them but when i showed them what they look like they all like i want astro now lol

Yea most of my friends use like turtle beaches and **** and were like dude that stuff isnt nessicary you shouldnt have wasted your money my beach's are all i need i mean i can still hear everything you can. But then i got them and they all tried playing with them and were like WOW the sound is so crisp and whatnot so on and so foreth
