PARTY!! We usually have at least a party of 3-5.. so theres room for more.. i hate backpacking the randoms.. they never listen.. whats so hard about "dont run out there by yourself" and end up with a negative 10 kill spread

Hi Mitchell,

I just checked in on the status of your items that you had sent in for evaluation/repair. It appears that the headset is being replaced, but that the MixAmp contains an issue that when used under a specific set of circumstances(turned all the way to game and used with some specific game titles), will consistently perform the same way creating the distortion/crackle you have experienced. Our engineering team is currently investigating this issue, and is working towards resolving it, but this may not be something that can be resolved for another few months. At this point, you have two options:

1 - We ship you back your system with the same MixAmp, and a replaced headset, and you can use the system "As-is", which will work in most situations, but may have issues with certain titles when used with the game/voice balance knob at mostly/all game.
2 - We refund you for your purchase, and you can investigate alternate audio options.

I told him to send it and I will resend the MixAmp in a couple of months :) Also I don't know why people are saying that Walter or anyone doesn't respond. He quickly emailed me back within 10 minutes.

Hrm...I'm hoping that I have no problems with my A40's when I get them.

It isn't a main problem. It is only with certain games with super high bass.

Although if you do have it just turn the Mixer to 50% Game, 50% Voice and turn the Master Volume up to compensate.

I did notice that I had the game volume all the way up (with no voice, so 100% game) when playing Mass Effect 1/2, and in an intense sequence, there would be crackling. I thought it may have been the bass. Anywho, I now play my games when not playing with friends at 50%. Then Master Volume is usually always 62%ish. :P

Oh and, Vertigo, it's all good man.. I'm 16 my self. :)
