Its back, in black ( wait it always was, ha oh well.) The regular scout backpacks are back. Should i get this or mission bag? and what type of each, like mission bag mlg or mission bag astro, same thing with the scout. Please voice you opinion!

Personally I like the Scout Bag - Astro type the best. The Scout doesn't have to be used exclusively for consoles, and it definitely gives off that same feeling. I could easily put it on and not look like some gaming geek with it. =P

I agree with Warblade on this one! Backpacks are multi-functional! They're easier on your shoulders and you can use them for everything. Besides, Astro does a great job of designing things, so you won't look ultra-n00b while wearing it.

Hahaha, well it's true! The current pack I have for my 360 is sort of on the embarrassing side and definitely makes me look like a n00blet turtle.
When I get more dollah-billz I'm going to spoil myself with the Scout pack.:D

It's just a really rotund backpack, and also the design of it sort of looks like a turtle shell xD

That's a good question! I'm sure some of the forum members or ASTRO crew could definitely answer that for you. I don't own a Scout pack yet, but if I get one soon I'll let you know how I feel about it.

From the LOOK of the design, it doesn't look too bulky (or turtle-y). I think it's truly been designed to be compact.

The bag does stick out a bit that may create that "turtle" type look, but I'm guessing most backpacks do that.

I think because of this I've been a messager bag guy since high school days. =P Tried a bunch of them so far (Timbuk2, Chrome, Manhattan Portage, Eagle Creek, and Crumpler). Sticking with the Timbuk2 Commute and the Chrome Mini-Citizen for the long haul.

But yes, The Scout looks like a sweet backpack.
