Astro A40 2.5mm to 2.5mm cable... Astro Staff... Help please!

OK... I recently made a thread (I believe it was deleted) about how my Astro A40 2.5mm to 2.5mm cable wasn't working... Well... I contacted Customer Support, and they said it might be a faulty cable. This could be the case, except they have been working for almost 6 months. So, I have decided that it was something that I did. I go to the accessories page and look for the 2.5mm to 2.5mm cable, and can't find it. All I can find is a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable (not the same). So now I ask... Where can I purchase a replacement?

There's no 2.5mm to 2.5mm cable available to purchase, it can only be replaced by the Support Team (http://www.astrogaming.com/support/). Just send in your ticket, explaining what's been going on with your cable/system and they can get a new one out to you pronto. =)

AAAHHHHH thank you sooo much. This is a huge relief. (I hate wearing that Xbox 360 Mic that comes with the 360 itself under the Astro's haha)
