It really has and it's a shame because I really like the game but if I constantly get screwed over because of my location I don't see the point, I can't enjoy the game.

if you're wondering how bad it is I'll quantify it by describing my last match in which I got fed up with and quit.

moving out of my base on highrise someone turns the corner, I immediately lay over a quarter of a clip from my ACR into his face, he steps back and pegs me with one burst from a M16A4 and kills me, watching the kill cam he was aiming nearly at the floor and caught me in the leg with that one burst firing from the hip.

This is not a one of thing and is certainly not the worst thing I encounter. Regardless of the gun I use, if I get first shot in or if I drop, no tactic helps me overcome this problem,

My rant and rave over with should I trade MW2 in and if so what should the funds go towards?

Not sure.

Maybe some Microsoft points. Get an Arcade Game maybe?

AvP, or .. Battlefield Bad Company 2? Always liked Battlefield more than Call of Duty.

Wait.. wasn't AvP banned in Australia? :( Splinter Cell: Conviction could always be an option as well if you're into it like I am.

Just trying to give some opinions.

I feel really bad for people with locational lag, that would suck so bad =/
I played with a little australian kid who was explaining his gripes with the lag the other day, and instead of muting him like we usually do, we were so amused by his eloquence and what he was saying that we made friends with him and he asked me to teach him how to nuke after I did it the third time while in his party lol
His lag didn't seem nearly this bad though, is it dependent on where you are down there?

some little kids on xbl are so fun, i just tell them i love them repeatedly until they say it back then i kick them from the party and remove them from my friends list, or sometimes i keep saying it and get like 6 other people to do it with us lol its really fun, just try telling people on xbl you love them.

Victoria, but I've been told it's the cabling around where I live specifically, they're supposed to be putting in new optical cabling, last year....

Been playing BC2 beta on the PC and its not bad in terms of lag. Hit detection is being fixed in retail they say, they jsut havn't been arsed to add the update to beta(I guess it effects code that can't exist in the beta client, who knows)

Problem atm is unloading a clip into someone and having them survive(all hits, which would explain hit detection fix). Unlike a game like counterstrike where on one ammo load out I can take out atleast 4 people if I am careful(doesn't need to be headshots)
