The email supports is not working at least for me....received my system 6 day ago send my first emal and never got an answer......1 day later send a second one, received a automatic answer with a case number
24hrs later CS contactme to start the dialog ..anwered all the question and never got the answer then next day decided to send the email again and never received nothing today I decided to go to the support page
and open a new case and at last got an email from CS saying that they close the old case and since I opened a second one but guess what CS never toldme the satus of my issue

So far for me it's been a bad experience and I'm going to try to get the RMA today since is my last day of trial

Astro doesn't have a tech support phone #.

When I sent in my tech support, it took a day or two to receive an answer.
Sometimes, tech support is swamped, or someone is sick, and it takes some time.

I apologize for the bad experience you had, but just waiting 1 day isn't long enough to send in another e-mail.

I agree that Astro probably should have just kept the old case open, but sometimes the system forces them to do something.
And sometimes e-mail systems go down for a little while. I know my e-mail goes down for a little bit every once in a while. You could just have been unlucky and sent an e-mail during one of those times.

If you have already sent in an e-mail and have an open case, just give it a few days. Im sure they will get back to you.

Astro is an AWSOME company, Im sure they will work with you if you have any issues. I know they helped me out when I had an small issue with my MixAmp.
