Stan I'm definitely picking it up, and have been excited about it for a few months now.

It seems that people fall into two categories with Borderlands: Love it or Hate it. There are plenty of lovers out there, as it has a pretty big community pre-launch. I hopped into a justin.tv stream this weekend with over 500+ viewers watching some guy who got it early and played for 20 hours straight. Several Gearbox peeps were hanging out there as well, including the notorious @Mikeyface Neuman.

Bottom line: Get it, friend request Skrillazz, profit. Don't trust people who don't punctuate their sentences.

i played it yesterday - without my astros on but i still played it...it really depends on how you feel about rpgs,because yes it is a first person shooter but is stilll very much an rpg. I myself dont fancy rpgs honestly i played it with a friend for about 2 or 3 hours and its alot of going complete a task and running all the way back and talking to someone,so on and so fourth so its really just how do you feel about playing an rpg. But i will say i love the art work in it, it makes you feel like your playing a real video game vs all this lets see how real we can make this game look.

Played the game today for like an hour... Addicted immediately. Unfortunately won't have much time to play it this week (building a system). Thanks again Stan on the invite offer.

Someone I know....won't call him a friend anyway he's bought it, loves it, people seem to love it, there are a few things like endless level grind and trotting out gameplay with a limited amount of points for a larger amount of skills forcing you to play again if you want to see what it would be like if you chose differently and a few things with slowly popping in graphics but other than that diversity int he weapons and such is quite good.

gameplay is all over fun and fairly in depth.

I've played it, really good... but that is only if there is more than one person... otherwise it's just killing and doing missions... (you are all thinking; "Wait, isn't that what that game is?") No, it is also a game for just exploring and just noticing cool things... I recommend it...

I've played the game quite a bit, and while it is a metric ton of hectic fun (i had to do it) i found myself completely forgetting about the main story a few hours in. Sadly, however, i have not had a chance to play co-op. But i would recomend this game for any shooter fans. At the very least, it's definately worth a rent to all.

Game is sick..Period! very high replayability and the looting is great.

plus if u get bored or frustrated with the quests party up with some people for help or just chat about your sweet astros and duel! haha

Honestly though, as soon as you think your bored you create another class and its like your playing a whole new game!

[ASTRO Warblade]

Finally picked up this game, as the people in our clan are a little tired of the glitches in MW2. We'll probably return to that eventually, but this'll be a good time killer for a few of us. Looking forward to trying this out tonight. =) We all figured out what classes we want to play for Co-Op too. I'll either do the Sniper or the Assault/Rifle guy (we have another Sniper already, but may still play as that... we'll see).

Borderlands is a very good game. there are millions of guns and every gun will be different. I enjoyed playing it with my friends and by myself.
