Well I looked everywhere and couldn't find anywhere else to put this. But I recently reported a problem with my headset BARELY still in warranty (thankfully). Astro sent me a fed ex label and I sent my headset in. Besides Fed-Ex ground being slow as hell; they received my headset, replaced it, and had it in the mail THREE hours later on its way back here.
For anyone that DOESN'T own Astro products, this is not only the best headset on the market, but it is also the best customer support I've ever dealt with in ANY aspect.
Thank you VERY much Astro Gaming! You will get much more business from me as well as anyone else that asks me where to buy the best gaming headset!
